HiAware Extended Application

HiAware Extended is a hassle-free cybersecurity solution designed to protect individuals, students, and families across all their devices. Activated in under 30 seconds, it delivers continuous protection against cyber threats such as phishing, data theft, and unsecured networks, whether at home or on public Wi-Fi. The solution runs in the background, requiring no ongoing settings adjustments and no manual updates. HiAware Extended automatically adapts to threats and your connection type, ensuring secure, private, and uninterrupted digital experiences across laptops, tablets, and smartphones.

Activation Instructions – HiAware Extended for mobile devices (Android and iOS)

  1. Download the Extended app by clicking here.

  2. Enter your CODE exactly as it is provided on your sachet or scratcher with your email address or Whatsapp number. The PIN will be sent to your email or Whatsapp number.

  3. Enter your personal identification number (PIN) to the Extended app.
    Note: One PIN can be used for one activation only. Please do not reuse it for multiple devices.

  4. Once activated, HiAware Extended will display a green status indicator.

  5. Click the Test QR Code to verify activation. A block page will appear, confirming protection is active and the solution is functioning as intended.


  6. Close the website with the test block page displayed.

    Note: HiAware Extended runs silently in the background and is always on, even when the application is closed.

A2: To activate HiAware Extended:

  1. Download the HiAware Extended application.
  2. Enter your PIN number.
  3. Repeat the process for each device (one PIN per device).
  4. The protection runs in the background, always on, even if the application is closed.

  • Mobile devices: Android devices, iOS devices and Android powered Huawei devices.
  • Tablets: Android devices, iOS devices and Android powered Huawei devices.
  • Laptops/PCs: Windows and MacOS M devices.

  • Please check your email and Whatsapp. Make sure that you check your Spam Box or Junk Email folders as well.
  • Send us an email to support@hiaware.comwith your activation code from the scratcher or sachet.

A7: I am experiencing problems connecting with my corporate app:

  • Please turn HiAware Extended off during your connection to your app or corporate VPN that you are experiencing problems with.
  • When you have finished your work using that app or corporate VPN, do not forget to turn HiAware Extended back to on.
